Audette Exel is a founder of the ISIS Group and Chief Executive Officer of its Australian company, ISIS (Asia Pacific) Pty Limited (ISIS AP). She is also the Founder and Chair of The ISIS Foundation.

The ISIS Group was established in 1998 and consists of ISIS AP, a private placement and corporate advisory business, and The ISIS Foundation, a non-profit foundation, which provides services to people living in poverty in Nepal and Uganda. ISIS AP was established as a “for purpose” business with the principle objective of supporting the work of The ISIS Foundation. Today, The ISIS Foundation helps over 30,000 people in poverty a year.

Before establishing ISIS, Audette was Managing Director of one of Bermuda’s three Banks, Bermuda Commercial Bank. She is one of the youngest women in the world to have run a publicly-traded bank. Prior to joining Bermuda Commercial Bank, Audette practised as a lawyer specialising in international finance. In 1995, Audette was elected a Global Leader for Tomorrow by The World Economic Forum. She is also one of The Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence in Australia in 2012.
