Dr Brene Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent years studying the effects of vulnerability and shame. In this book, she shares ten guideposts toward wholehearted living and helps you explore topics like scarcity, comparison, anxiety, productivity as a symbol of self worth and the power of creativity, rest, and play. Brene Brown is big on community and connection and if you are looking to dig a bit deeper into how you think, behave and relate to others, this is a great place to start.
